Latex Beds Denver
Best mattress for mid back pain?
I’ve been experiencing mid back pain on my right side after being asleep for about 4 hours for over a year now. It hurts so bad, I just have to get up to relieve the discomfort, and then I am fine the rest of the day. We just replaced our 8 year old Kingsdown mattress (after we’d already purchased a 4 inch Sealey memory foam topper for last year) We just purchased a Telluride from Denver Mattress, it is a medium firm pocketed coil with latex foam on the top. I’m still having the exact same problem.
I sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees. We’ve had the new bed for 3 full weeks now, if I am going to return it to try something different, I will have to do so by next weekend.
I think you can see from your own description that back problems cannot be resolved with a mattress. You’ll Keep buying them and they will fail to resolve your problem. They are made in essentially a cookie cutter design one size fits all. You simply need to try various things. Each time you try something new you need to wait out the adjustment period of about 30 days. This is the time needed to get used to something new in a mattress, topper, pillow etc.
Books, doctors, chiropractors, and strengthening exercises are your best bet.
